Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. In some cases your order cases it may take up to 7-10 days to get to their destination. Shipping is only available in United States.

For Custom Orders such as sublimation and headwear, the shipping will vary based on the complexity of the project. For quick turnaround items click here to contact us. 

Return & Exchange Policy

A 30-day return policy is in place for all our products from the time you receive your item. Items eligible for a return must be in the same condition as when it was received, with tags, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to show proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@customthreadstx.com, When your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions to complete the return. Items send back without a request will not be be processed.

Exchanges will be processed as soon as the returned item is received. You will need to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages

We inspect each of our items manually prior to shipping. As always, we are not perfect and understand that damages and defects take place. We ask that you inspect your order immediately and if any issues to contact us at info@customthreadstx.com.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you to let you know if your return was accepted. If the item is approved, you will be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Those funds should post on your account within 7-14 business days from approval.
